EdEx International and VHS Learning Academy provide international students the opportunity to earn a fully accredited U.S. High School diploma alongside their local school diploma, all while studying from their home country.
By combining the strengths of synchronous and asynchronous online instruction, partner schools can choose to offer individual courses taught by certified U.S. high school teachers or enroll students in a comprehensive dual diploma pathway.
While tuition at U.S. private high schools typically ranges from $20,000 (day school) to $65,000 (boarding or homestay) per year, our model provides the same credits and diploma opportunities from an accredited private high school at just a fraction of the cost—making quality American education more accessible worldwide.
Families around the world are seeking stronger global university pathways.
Schools are looking to expand their academic offerings without increasing internal staffing.
Yet many programs lack structure, oversight, and direct school collaboration.
Ed Ex International solves this.
Through our partnership with VHS Learning — one of the largest accredited online providers in the United States — students can earn an official U.S. high school diploma while remaining enrolled in their home-country school.
No relocation.
No visa requirements.
No disruption to your national curriculum.
Just opportunity.
We do not replace your school.
We strengthen it.
EdEx partners directly with international schools to provide:
• Dedicated academic facilitators
• Daily engagement monitoring
• Weekly progress check-ins
• Monthly performance summaries
• Early academic intervention systems
• Transparent reporting dashboards
Your school remains in control. We provide the American diploma pathway and structured oversight. This is especially valuable for:

EdEx International operates through accredited U.S. institutions recognized by:
• WASC
• MSA-CESS
• Cognia
Our credits are:
• Accepted by U.S. colleges and universities
• Recognized by international institutions
• NCAA eligible for student-athletes
This is not a certificate. It is a legitimate, accredited American high school diploma.
For families in Japan, China, Brazil, and Mexico:
• Strengthen U.S. university applications
• Build academic English proficiency
• Develop independent learning skills
• Gain global academic credibility
• Avoid relocation costs
This pathway prepares students for:
• U.S. universities
• International universities
• Competitive global admissions
All while staying rooted in their home country.
Our courses are asynchronous, meaning students do not have a set log in time providing flexibility in their days and weeks. Courses are paced, meaning assignments are released on a weekly basis and students work together in a cohort alongside their teacher. In addition, students’ progress is constantly monitored, and they have access to proactive AI tutoring.
